1. Terms

1.1 `The Agreement` shall be taken to mean this entire Agreement and any attachments to it.
1.2 `The Model` shall be taken to mean the individual entering into The Agreement.
1.3 `Us`, `We`, `The Company` shall be taken to mean Sunkat Ltd. Unit 1 Ronkswood Hill, Worcester WR4 9ER acting in the capacity of an agent.
1.4 `Media` shall be taken to mean any and all media featuring The Model, including, but not limited to images and video.
1.5 `The Event` shall be taken to mean the event being attended by The Model.
1.6 `The Creator` shall be taken to mean a creator featured at The Event with which The Model participates in any activity that results in the creation of Media.
1.7 `The Consent` shall be taken to mean a signed copy of The Agreement along with any external attachments required hereto.

2. Preamble

2.1 This agreement is between The Company and The Model.
2.2 This Agreement governs the use by The Company and its nominated clients of the following categories of information:
    2.2.1 Media created at The Event featuring The Model; and
    2.2.2 Consent and associated evidence of consent associated with this agreement.
2.3 The Company enters into this Agreement as an agent on behalf of one or more Creators.

3. Use of Media

3.1 The Model herby gives:
    3.1.1 Consent to be filmed, videoed or otherwise have their likeness captured at The Event by one or more Creators; and
    3.1.2 Consent to The Company to share the evidence of such consent with any Creators with whom they have had such a likeness captured; and
    3.1.3 To The Company, permission to use, reproduce, sell, license, rent or otherwise distribute and publish, modify, edit and alter The Media, which permission is irrevocable; and
    3.1.4 To any Creators identified in 3.1.1, permission to use, reproduce, sell, license, rent or otherwise distribute and publish, modify, edit and alter The Media, which permission is irrevocable.
3.2 The Company undertakes:
    3.2.1 To hold and share personally identifiable data in accordance with the appropriate UK Data Protection legislation, including:
        3.2.1.1 to hold only that data which is required for the performance of this Agreement; and
        3.2.1.2 to hold that data securely with appropriate access controls; and
        3.2.1.3 to share that data only with any Creators identified in 3.1.1.
